Throughout our lives, we are repeatedly confronted with different challenges, tasks, and problems. In most cases, us humans are able to master these without outside support. Sometimes, however, we are unable to access our own abilities and resources to cope with problems for various reasons. In those times, it can be very helpful to seek out for supporters who can help us rediscover these resources or find alternative solutions. Acknowledging and accepting this is a courageous step and it marks the first step toward change.

Systemic therapy is based on the understanding that conflicts, problems, and symptoms arise within a system or family through interactions and relationship patterns. Therefore, they belong to all members of the system and cannot be considered in isolation.

In working through your concerns, I would like to offer you a safe and trusting space that allows you to reconnect with your inner experiences and create new ones. This way, you can return to a sense of self-efficacy – you already carry the solutions within you. You are the expert of your own life.
