“Letting go and becoming who we really are.”

Each one of us is born with certain abilities and talents. Then we are shaped through socialization and well-meant education, for example by parents or teachers, as well as the school and training system, to meet certain standards. In the process, we often forget who we truly are or could become – discovering this and developing one’s authentic personality is at the core of my work.

As a systemic coach, Claudia Brinkmann combines methods of psychosynthesis with systemic aspects of counseling and scientific insights from personality development. Unleashing each person’s potential while working through internal blocks, past wounds and limiting beliefs is part of this, as is strengthening and promoting individual resources.

Love and the shared path as a couple continually require new courage and inner growth. In couples therapy, I support partners in reclaiming both individual freedom and togetherness, as well as love, within their relationship.
